About Najwa
Hello, I'm Najwa, a UX Designer with a strong belief in the power of design thinking to drive positive change and create exceptional user experiences.
As a UX Designer, I am passionate about combining my background in policy economics with user-centered design principles. By centering the user's emotions and needs in my design process, I strive to create innovative solutions that not only solve real-world problems but also contribute to positive real-world outcomes.
My experiences working with nonprofits, universities, and civic-minded clients have taught me the importance of empathy, rapid prototyping, and iteration.
Now, the supply and demand graph sometimes intimidates people, the students I tutored while in grad school needed some guidance to understand the intuition behind the forces.
But I can see the moment this graph clicks for people.
And when I first heard about UX principles, design thinking, user testing and affinity mapping something clicked for me in much the same way as this graph had for me in economics class.
For me, I was really drawn to the impactful implications of UX - to be able to use insights to inform design decisions - I felt this utilized my strengths in a harmonious way:
I am deeply enthusiastic about leveraging design thinking to create a better world and deliver exceptional products. By collaborating with you, I am confident that we can bring your ideas to life and achieve outstanding outcomes.
